I grew up in the metropolitan area of NYC and have traveled the world for decades. As an avid outdooradventure enthusiast, I have hiked, climbed, and biked through several cultures curious to know howpeople live on different parts of our globe. I have a very diverse employment history having graduatedwith and undergraduate degree from CUNY in Dance/Theatre (Summa Cum Laude) and becoming aprofessional dancer. I moved onto various business and management situations and eventually attained
my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I feel mybackground, experiences, and yes age, give me an expanded perspective on life that augment what I canoffer my clients. My clinical emphasis is trauma processing and grief recovery, working with bothindividuals and couples.

I work from this perspective:

I don't know anything about my clients they haven't told me. I am not theauthority nor the author of their lives. I am, however, a compassionate, empathetic, skilled traveler-
companion on their journey to wellness as they define it.
It all starts with trust. Let's discover a common, safe space that will allow you to utilize positive aspectsof yourself to heal those things that get in your way of having a gratifying life. Symptoms aremaladaptive, non-productive coping mechanisms. Let's discuss those things that aren't working for youand keep what does.
